This seminar will address the practical methods of Corporate Governance and key commercial contract terms that all companies can implement. The presentations are educative, insightful and will provide real help in ensuring effective and profitable contracts. The speakers are international lawyers practicing at Al Suwaidi & Company, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm, and a partner from Tamayyaz, a sophisticated corporate governance consultancy and SME 100 advisory practice.

About the Speakers

Nigel Truscott
Partner,  Al Suwaidi & Co

Carol Gately

Carol is an Associate with Al Suwaidi & Company.   She is an Irish qualified and practising solicitor and has practiced on significant corporate cases since 1999.  She is also admitted as a solicitor to practice law in England and Wales.

She  has experience in corporate law across a broad spectrum of areas in the UAE with a special focus on Arbitration.  She  is currently involved in significant (US$ million) commercial disputes  advising high profile local and international clients together with Government and quasi-Government organizations.  Her key clients include Emarat and Enoc.
